What motivated you to join our company?
I researched Concentric before applying and assessed Concentrics’s reputation, which is positive, and most importantly, the job posting was a mutual match.
What advice would you give to new employees who are looking to grow or start their careers within our organization?
Come with a can-do attitude, and if you’re an embedded employee like me, be assured that adequate support will be provided in terms of onboarding and training.
How have your career aspirations evolved since you joined Concentric?
Since joining the client as an embedded analyst, my motivation is reaching new heights to develop more skills because my team with the client and Concentric is highly supportive, along with the managers who are there to listen and provide us with the necessary tools for our success.
Can you share a specific moment or project that significantly contributed to your career advancement here?
This is my third month at Concentric, so I’m still riding the learning curve of the SOPs with the client. However, I have shown competency with my OSINT skills, which allows me to pick up more tasks and projects confidently. And if I don’t know a process, I pick it up anyway, allowing me to learn as I tackle the task.
How has the company culture and environment supported your career progression?
Incredibly impressed and thankful for such a great opportunity with Concentric for my career. The whole Concentric and client teams have been nothing but welcoming and investing in my professional success; efficiently integrating me with the teams and providing me with the environment to foster success as an intelligence analyst.
