Our Pledge
We vow to establish programs and initiatives around diversity, equity, and inclusion that better our organization and our greater community. We acknowledge the systemic barriers that have existed in the security industry and recognize that removing those barriers will require a collaborative and conscious effort.
Our human capital is the most valuable asset we have. The collective sum of the individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, innovation, self-expression and unique capabilities have allowed us—and will continue to allow us—to achieve our mission of safety and security.

- Changing the wording of internal documents to match our values
- Sponsor and Partner with HBCU First
- Created an HBCU corporate internship for Summer 2022
- Maintained many of our 2021 initiatives
- Increased participation in corporate book club
- Leveraging our Social Media calendar for book club and event themes
- Continued Diverse City partnership to continue education to the team and our services
- Implemented Wellness Wednesday
- Implemented a monthly topic learning initiative
- Introduced use of pronouns for internal and external communications
