What is a typical day for you like at Concentric?

A typical day for me in Investigations involves managing our background check processing with our team of investigators, as well as running applicant and contractor subject interviews for clients that range from high-net worth individuals to multinational corporations. Most recently, I was involved in conducting high-level behavioral assessments for executive candidates, and regularly provide consulting services for a Forbes Top 10 family. I also tailor different security and threat assessment screenings for our clients as needed, to include running court, criminal and social media checks for witting candidates and persons of interest.

How long have you been at Concentric and what part of your job do you find most fulfilling?

I’ve been with Concentric for six years now, and have always found the work itself very fulfilling. Providing clients with the intelligence they need to make informed decisions is very satisfying. Concentric’s organizational culture is top notch–I work alongside the best and the brightest, and am a part of the hardest working team.

What is your educational and professional background before joining Concentric?

Prior to Concentric, I was a security specialist with the Central Intelligence Agency, and have over 17 years of experience in interviewing and interrogation, focused primarily on national security, employment and criminal issues. I participated in two police academies and related job trainings, and hold a B.A. degree in Psychology and Business.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

I enjoy traveling, running, and watching my daughter swim.

What are you most looking forward to over the next year?

In-person interactions away from the computer screen!
